What can we work on together?

Private coaching can explore the habits and reactions you bring to a relationship, the needs you find hard to express, or the direction you want your life to take. Coaching offers ongoing guidance for integration and daily life; you can work with me without taking part in a ceremony.

Is this coaching for women and men?

Yes. Private spiritual coaching is open to women and men. The men’s Brotherhood is a separate group offering.

Can I explore my relationship through 1:1 coaching?

Yes. We can explore how you show up in relationship, including familiar patterns, expressing your needs and taking responsibility for your choices. This is an invitation to work on your own part in the relationship.

Do I need a spiritual background?

You can begin wherever you are on your spiritual path. A willingness to look inward and explore your experience is a place to start.

Do I need to take part in a plant medicine ceremony?

Coaching and ceremony can each stand on their own. You can choose private coaching as your path of ongoing guidance.
